We will require a £50 refundable deposit in order to secure the bus along with a completed hire contract before any booking is confirmed.

In most cases we will require the full hire fee to be paid at least 1 week before the event happens. This is all very much dependent on the use of the bus and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
